Shira Benedetto, M.A. a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, is a lifelong, Long Island resident with a passion for real estate, home design, entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and intuition.

 

Shira brings extensive sales and marketing experience with a reputation for integrity, spirit, and enthusiasm for people and property, an understanding of clients’ real needs, accurate future-pacing, and successful negotiation skills to HomeSmart, one of the largest and fastest-growing real estate firms in the nation.

 

Most recently, Shira has been honored by HomeSmart Premier Living Realty as their 2023 Diamond Award Rookie of the Year and is quickly making herself a household name in the luxury home market. Originally from Long Beach, NY, Shira spent years in sales and marketing as a Senior National Sales Trainer, Pre-Sales Team Leader, and Executive Assistant to the number one middle money lender in New York City. In addition to Shira’s corporate background, she has leveraged her God-given intuitive gifts and built a business dedicated to helping those who have lost loved ones, and those who need spiritual insight and intuitive business advice. Shira has worked with families of missing people and has used her intuitive abilities successfully in locating missing people and missing pets.

 

Optimistic, genuine, creative, determined, and committed to her clients’ success, Shira joins HomeSmart Premier Living Realty offering her clients invaluable insight into market conditions, extraordinary foresight, and the opportunity to truly see what a property has to offer. As a philanthropist, Shira uses her intuitive abilities to raise money for deserving charitable organizations benefiting individuals and animals. She has been honored by Bethany House organization (which assists women and children in crisis) as their 2018 Outstanding Woman of Compassion and has received a Proclamation from Senator Todd Kaminsky. Shira is well known locally and nationally for her accurate predictions of world events (including the 2020 pandemic).

 

Shira holds a Master’s degree with distinction from NYIT, certifications as a Reiki Master and a Teacher, a Reconnective Healing Practitioner, advanced CRV, and Intuitive Medium. She has been nominated yearly by Best of Long Island for her intuitive skillset and has received the Navcco award for best sales training presentation by a vendor.

 

As a proud mother to her young daughter, when Shira’s not holding an open house or searching for the absolute best property for her client, she enjoys the mother-daughter time, spiritual development, energy healing, walks on the boardwalk, indoor cycling, playing with her dog and Persian cat, shopping, dining out and spending time with family and friends.
